- A9 from Berlin: take the exit Jena/Eisenberg, follow the B7 to Jena. Follow the signs directing to the city centre. Look for the Intershop Tower.
- A9 from Munich: at the junction, exit to the A4 to Frankfurt (Main). Take the Jena Lobeda exit towards the city centre.
- A4 from Dresden/Frankfurt: take the Jena Lobeda exit towards the city centre.
- In the city centre, follow the signs to the underground parking garage Neue Mitte in the Intershop Tower.
