The world of e-commerce has changed a lot in the last few years: social web, social shopping, social commerce: social is the future of e-commerce. The art of social commerce consists in actively integrating online customers into the shop:
they can evaluate and recommend products, and compare notes – making product searches an emotional and interactive experience.
