Christian Otto Grötsch started his career at the multinational online auction house auXion. Having successfully set the online auction system on its way in five different countries, he moved to Intershop Communications AG in the year 2000, where he worked in the areas of core product development and presales consultancy.
As part of his masters course he then took part in the junior management programme at Deutsche Telekom Immobilien und Service.
In 2006 together with Christian Malik, Christian Otto Grötsch co-founded the full service digital agency dotSource.
For more than 10 years, he offers top management level consulting on e-commerce strategies and technologies for both mid-sized and internationally operational companies there.
Within the company he brought the social commerce project Preisbock.de to market maturity in 2007. Under his leadership it had – in the meantime – developed into a popular live shopping provider in the form of an independent private limited company in the German-speaking area.
Christian Otto Grötsch has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Ernst-Abbe Technical University in Jena, as well as a Masters of Industrial Engineering from the Steinbeis Technical University Berlin.
