As soon as we have received your documents, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
3. Analysis of Documents
We will then start with a thorough review of your application documents. You will have to wait a maximum of two weeks for a response.
4. Getting to Know Each Other Personally
You have convinced us of your qualities? Then we would like to get to know you personally! A job interview usually lasts one hour and is led by an HR manager and a team lead from the relevant department.
You will receive feedback from us as quickly as possible via e-mail or phone. You will not have to wait longer than two weeks for this either. You and dotSource – a good match? Then we will make you an attractive offer. Now the only thing missing is your signature!

As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within two days. If you do not hear from us within this time, please feel free to get in touch with us again. If you have forgotten anything in your application, we will get back to you by e-mail. We usually need two weeks to thoroughly review your application.
Some applicants get a task from us. This gives us the opportunity to better understand how you approach problems. Just be yourself and take on the task to the best of your knowledge and belief. In the case of some applicants, this gives us an insight into their presentation skills. However, the journey is sometimes its own reward.
It is important to us that the conversation takes place at eye level. Since the main goal is to get to know you better, there is no reason to panic. You certainly remember the most important parts of your CV and your skills anyway, so you are ideally prepared. Of course, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have about dotSource.
