dotSource offers starter pack for B2C and B2B e-commerce with Salesforce for quickly getting started in e-commerce

As an official Salesforce Partner, the digital agency dotSource supports B2B and B2C companies in quickly and easily digitising their offline business with two new starter packs based on Salesforce Commerce. Lean setups map the most important e-commerce processes such as product handling, warehousing and order processing as well as customer communication, service and product presentations. Thanks to the migration, declines in orders or full warehouses can be avoided, even without on-site appointments by field service staff or brick-and-mortar stores.

The current circumstances and their consequences for the economy and for society require retailers, manufacturers and publishers to critically reflect on themselves more than ever. Those who have not yet taken the step towards e-commerce are now forced to take action in order to curb drops in turnover. In particular small and medium-sized companies whose field service mainly relied on personal contact and face-to-face appointments now have to re-think and be open for new ideas. Being there physically is not everything: consultation sessions and product presentations can also be mapped digitally and meet customer requirements to the same extent.

E-commerce is more than just an online shop

In order to stay competitive, companies have to transfer processes from analogue to digital. This was also the case before COVID-19.
