As an agricultural trader, the ATR Landhandel group has been supplying farmers in Northern Germany, Denmark and Poland for around 100 years. At ATR Landhandel, large agricultural companies can purchase, among other things, seeds and feed that is put together according to individual needs. They can also sell their harvests to ATR's grain trading division and get paid based on quantity and quality.
NEW SHOP SYSTEM FOR A MODERN
With the multi-client platform, ATR replaced its existing B2B customer portal. Thanks to its new online shop based on Adobe Commerce, the wholesaler was able to take the digital customer journey of its contractual partners to the next level with clear product presentation and efficient order processing. This allows the group and its contract customers to benefit from the wealth of features of a perfectly scalable and future-proof e-commerce solution.
PERSONALISED QUOTATIONS WITH LIVE
As a special feature of the ATR shop, dotSource developed a live price calculator. Users who are logged in can calculate prices for the quantities entered in real time.
Since ATR sells highly individual feed that is tailored to the wishes of agricultural companies, generating personalised quotations in this way is particularly important.
SYNERGIES THROUGH CLOUD-BASED
In the system architecture, ATR Landhandel acts as a client on a multi-client platform. This means that tried and tested solutions such as cloud hosting via Microsoft Azure can also be used by other companies belonging to the group. In addition, ATR's enterprise resource planning tool was connected to the multi-client platform, which is of crucial importance to order management.
Thanks to the excellent work with and for our subsidiary myAGRAR, ATR Landhandel was also able to get started in e-commerce and become part of the multi-client platform based on Magento / Adobe Commerce.
