Anything Else You Would Like to Know?
Can I submit an unsolicited application?
Yes, absolutely. If none of the listed positions feel like the right fit, you are welcome to reach out with an unsolicited application. Just tell us what kind of role you are looking for and what qualifications you bring to the table – we take it from there.
How long does the application process take?
We aim to review every application promptly. In most cases, you hear back from us within two weeks. The overall duration of the application process can vary depending on the position, but we keep you informed throughout.
What documents should be included in my application?
To help us get a clear picture of you, we need:
- your CV.
- a cover letter (optional, but welcome).
- relevant credentials (e.g. diplomas and certificates).
Applicants for creative and technical positions are encouraged to share work samples and references.
What working hours can I expect?
We believe in flexible working hours to help you achieve the best possible work-life balance. Our flexitime policy features core hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to foster collaboration and connection.
What should my skills profile cover?
Your skills profile should highlight the professional and personal strengths that make you a good fit for the position you are applying for. Consider adding:
- technical and specialist expertise (e.g. programming languages, tools and methods).
- soft skills (e.g. teamwork and communication proficiency).
- experience from internships, projects and work alongside your studies.
Be honest – this is about showing us your strengths and the skills you would like to build, not about being flawless.
What is the interview like?
In the interview, we want to get to know you as a person and see whether we are a good match. Questions range from your professional experience to your personal motivation and goals. It is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us, our corporate culture and the position you are applying for.
Just be yourself – we look forward to meeting you!
