WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Responsibility for complex software projects – You take charge of the strategic planning, coordination, and successful delivery of sophisticated digital projects. You lead cross-functional teams and establish structures for efficient, agile collaboration
- Leadership & client relations – As the main point of contact for our clients, you build strong, trust-based relationships and ensure that goals, budgets, and timelines are met
- Agile excellence in practice – You implement and continuously improve agile processes using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models. You foster team self-organization and drive performance aligned with agile principles
- Consulting & solution development – You actively contribute to strategic consulting, co-develop tailored digital solutions with your team, and play a key role in shaping digital transformation processes
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Professional experience & expertise – You have several years of experience in technical project management, ideally within e-commerce, web technologies, or digital platforms
- Project management skills – You master both traditional and agile methodologies, are confident with tools like Jira and Confluence, and leverage your analytical, structured mindset to develop creative, hands-on solutions
- Strong communication skills - you are able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English (knowledge of German is desirable)
- Ownership & team spirit – You thrive in dynamic environments, take initiative, think entrepreneurially, and are willing to travel for client meetings
