International Content Commerce with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

One of dotSource's central tasks is to supervise international rollouts because the safety of children is not only an issue in Germany but moves people worldwide. As part of the cooperation, the UK launch took place in 2019. Rollouts in France and Poland followed. Ordering products directly from the manufacturer is currently possible in Germany and Austria as well as in the countries mentioned above. In other nations, the convenient user guidance ensures that users can find the nearest retailers quickly or buy online directly from a third-party provider by clicking a button. The pages can be accessed in twelve different languages. Depending on the user's location information, the website automatically decides which language is displayed.
