For the fifth time, the digital agency dotSource as organiser of the Handelskraft Conference brings together players in digital business. Top-class representatives of renowned companies report on their personal successes and challenges in implementing their e-commerce, CRM and digital marketing projects. The conference takes place on the 19th of March 2020 at the Wagenhallen in Stuttgart and is aimed at retailers, manufacturers and publishers.
Digital business models are subject to permanent change. Not only do companies that want to keep up or lead the way have to know the current trends, but they also have to be able to react quickly to them. What it takes is »digital intelligence«. The good news is: this type of intelligence can also be trained. With a first-class line-up and long-standing industry experts as well as newcomers, the Handelskraft Conference 2020 wants to offer a platform where you can explore the current topics of digital business and exchange views on them.
Highlights of the Handelskraft Conference 2020
The passionate physicist, former astronaut instructor and entrepreneur Laura Winterling as well as Tom Oelsner, »Head of Digital Innovation & Data Science« at Heidelberg Digital Unit, and Frank Eilers, »Übersetzer von Zukunftsthemen« (mediator of topics of the future), could be won for the keynote speeches. Not only can conference participants find out which trends and must-haves will set the tone for the digital year 2020, but also why, for example, it is important to establish an error culture and which obstacles in everyday digital life can be overcome with which methods and approaches.
In addition to the keynote speeches, six interactive sessions offer genuine insights into projects, approaches, fails and learnings related to the topics of innovation management, e-commerce, internationalisation, CRM, user experience, PIM, content commerce or digital marketing. With the knowledge gained from sessions and workshops, visitors lay the foundation for the development of their individual digital DNA and thus the basis for future-oriented and expandable business processes and customer relationships.
Take Part. Connect. Level Up!
Open formats pave the way for a variety of opportunities, for example meeting new people with similar challenges and getting into conversation with them outside of the workshops. At the Handelskraft Conference, participants can become active themselves and, for example, discuss their individual challenges with leading digital experts in »spotlight audits«. Another opportunity for exchange are the »spotlight workshops« where the participants – guided by experts on the topic – can discuss problems and develop innovative solution approaches.
»With the slogan »Digital Intelligence«, the Handelskraft Conference once again sets new standards this year: the keynote speeches are held by excellent speakers and in the sessions, real movers and shakers invite you to explore the most important e-commerce trend topics – obtain knowledge, turn it into business and feel comfortable in doing so! We are looking forward to bringing together the players in digital business this way for the fifth time,« Christian Grötsch, managing director at dotSource, states. Places for the exclusive »spotlight audits« are limited and tickets can only be booked until the 21st of February 2020. Topic suggestions and questions that are to be discussed during the »spotlight workshops« can be submitted in advance until the 14th of February.
In order for retailers, manufacturers and publishers to remain flexible within the framework of digital transformation and to be able to react to changing market requirements at all times, the Handelskraft Conference helps to train the necessary »digital intelligence« and offers the exclusive opportunity to build up and extend one’s own digital DNA through trends, best practices and high-quality networks. The warm-up evening before the conference is an ideal opportunity to get to know each other and network. Detailed information on the event, registration options (also for the two »spotlight« formats) as well as more detailed information on speakers, topics and sessions, supporting programme and warm-up evening can be found here. The conference is exclusively aimed at retailers, manufacturers and publishers and is supported by the dotSource partners Stibo Systems, Magnolia and commercetools.
