Powerful E-Commerce with Salesforce

The streetwear specialist wanted to utilise the full potential of its existing online shop based on Salesforce B2C Commerce. Together with dotSource, KICKZ implemented automatic categorisation in product management and optimised the returns process by integrating an automatically generated returns label. Moreover, connecting the SAP Emarsys marketing automation solution to the online shop resulted in extensive analytical and segmentation capabilities for KICKZ.

Stabilisation of the B2C Platform

Reliable Performance When Experiencing High Traffic

KICKZ's goal was to optimise the performance of its online shop and implement innovative features. A key element of this process was to ensure that raffles – special draws for the chance to purchase limited-edition sneakers – are technically secure. Thanks to dotSource, the platform based on Salesforce B2C Commerce was stabilised, making it possible to block bot attacks and withstand high volumes of customer traffic, reaching up to 30,000 requests per minute.

Retaining Customers More Effectively Through Loyalty Management

Loyalty Meets Gamification

To retain customers more effectively, dotSource established a loyalty programme that uses a points system to offer additional incentives for repeat visits to KICKZ's online shop. What is particularly innovative here is a gamification aspect that focuses on the collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs): Users can purchase these in the form of high-quality digital trading cards and complete specific sets. Upon completion of such a set, a certain number of points are awarded to their account.
