Würth MODYF is a subsidiary of the globally operating Würth Group and has been a specialist for workwear and safety shoes since 1997. The clothing can be purchased in one of the numerous Würth branches or in the brand’s own online shop. Initially specialised in workwear, outdoor and casual clothing of different manufacturers, Würth MODYF now stands for its own high-quality and robust collections that are also designed internally.

Better Cost Revenue Ratio Thanks to Targeted Digital Marketing
Initial Situation & Objectives
Würth MODYF is an internationally operating brand. In order to drive forward the topic of internationalisation and to increase its visibility worldwide, Würth MODYF has been seeking advice from dotSource in terms of digital marketing since August 2018. The cooperation started with a digital marketing audit during which dotSource analysed the Google Ads account of Würth MODYF and developed an action plan to optimise its performance. On the basis of measurable success in the pilot phase, both parties agreed on a long-term cooperation.
The objectives were clear: the performance marketing was to be improved, the reach was to be increased and the customer base was to be enlarged. At the same time, professional digital marketing can lead to higher turnover and an improvement in the cost revenue ratio.
Project Scope & Implementation
In close cooperation, a professional clean-up of the Google Ads account was carried out and the existing Google Shopping campaign was upgraded by adding query sculpting and set up in a granular way.
Furthermore, the automatic bidding process was evaluated and adapted to the current objectives.
Success & Added Values
The Google Shopping campaign quickly showed measurable success – just like the optimisation measures in terms of the bidding process. This way, the cost revenue ratio was improved demonstrably. However, the project is mainly characterised by cooperation at eye level: dotSource supports Würth MODYF in an agile and flexible way both in terms of content and, if necessary, in terms of personnel in order to continuously increase the visibility of the Würth MODYF brand.
