Brilliant collaboration across the board: dotSource is an Adobe Gold Partner

Jena/Munich – The rapidly growing digital agency dotSource was able to once again step up its partnership with the software provider Adobe, achieving Adobe Gold Partner status last week. Numerous client projects, certifications and the wide range of jointly offered services contributed to this achievement. With this portfolio, dotSource is one of only about ten Adobe Gold Partners in Germany.

Only in May this year, dotSource was named Adobe Commerce Specialized Partner. This was promptly followed by the next step in the 14-year history of the partnership: the digital agency from Jena can now call itself »Adobe Gold Partner«.

To achieve this, the digital experts completed more than 50 certifications covering the entire Adobe universe and worked over 800,000 hours on Adobe projects. »We are very proud of our close and long-standing partnership with Adobe and are all the more pleased that we have now been awarded Adobe Gold Partner status,« Christian Otto Grötsch, founder and managing director of dotSource, comments on last week's delightful news. »I would like to thank the entire team for their hard work and the continuous development of our Adobe practice. Major Milestone in a Long Success Story

The successful collaboration began just two years after dotSource was founded. Since 2008, the agency has been implementing e-commerce projects with Magento software. Ever since Magento was acquired by Adobe in 2018, the relationship between the Californian software giant and the Jena-based digital agency has become increasingly intertwined.

In addition to traditional e-commerce (Adobe Commerce) and user experience design (Adobe Creative Cloud) services, the dotSource digital experts can now also implement content management, personalisation, web analytics and business intelligence solutions from Adobe. The Adobe Experience Manager content management system (CMS), the Adobe Target personalisation tool, Adobe Analytics and Magento BI expand the agnostic agency's service portfolio. In the field of marketing automation, the digital experts have also added Adobe Campaign and Marketo Engage. This way, dotSource can offer its clients a wider range of services and address the requirements of each individual project even better.

Big Names and Over 50 Joint Client Projects

The products of the software manufacturer from Silicon Valley are also well received by dotSource clients: the digital agency can already look back on more than 50 client projects involving Adobe solutions, including big names such as FUJIFILM, SEAT and Fissler.

The companies benefit from high-performance software that meets all the requirements of a modern, digitalised business. Keywords such as search and recommendation are part of the daily routine with the combination of Adobe Commerce and Adobe Target. With Adobe Experience Manager, it is also possible to create high-quality content commerce universes. The dotSource entry solutions can be used to implement an online shop and a CMS in next to no time. In Germany, dotSource is one of only eight Adobe Gold Partners that offer these features.
